Own Label is made by Milleuno Co., Ltd., a company registered in Korea that builds free reference tools for people in the beauty and fragrance trade.
Why it exists
The answers exist, spread over a statute, a decree, an ordinance and a decade of MFDS replies, and almost none of it is in English. Founders, Korean or not, ask the same three questions: do I need to register, which kind, and who can be the manager. We put the answers on two pages, each with its article.
What it is not
We are not a law firm or a registration agent, we do not file anything for anyone, and we are not affiliated with MFDS or any government body. We do not recommend manufacturers. Nothing is sold on this site.
